Minneapolis duo The OK Factor is thrilled to share, OKX, a brand new album exploring ten years of memories and moments within 12 original tunes and arrangements. Celebrations, weddings, births, travels, losses, and triumphs mark the duo's career in music as shown on the album cover with these tunes as the soundtrack to it all.

From the first tune Olivia (O) and Karla (K) wrote together, "Naomi and the French Toast" (featuring The High 48's Anthony Ihrig) to the recessional at K's wedding, "58th St. Dive" (featuring Swedish folk band Jaerv), to acknowledging that even with a shared love for their craft they are still individuals with different personalities ("Happy Go Lucky", featuring Jaerv), this album is nothing short of a reflection of the joy, intuitive energy, and kindness within their collaboration.

"Bluegrass Ben" nods to brief moments in cahoots with cellist and songwriter Ben Sollee while at Rocky Mountain Folks Fest; "Love Song for Lucy" is an ode to K's first golden retriever, Lucy; "Charlie's Trio" was basically written and inspired by O's firstborn, Charlie, while still in the womb; "Sonja" remembers and honors the life of little Sonja Ingrid Sorenson, born to dear friends of O&K.

The crown jewel of the album is the first track, "Share a Pint," a chummy raise-a-glass tune in celebration of these last ten years of building a career and life they are deeply proud of and a nod of immense gratitude to everyone who has supported them along the way.
